Starry Associates is a woman-owned small business started in 1982 to meet a growing need in the federal information technologies market for competent, reliable service providers. We have grown powerfully, producing innovative services and products specifically designed to meet the ever-changing needs of the Federal Government and their financial systems management.
Starry Associates delivers high-quality services focused on all aspects of financial systems management, including financial management services in accounting, budgeting and other complementary services, and IT lifecycle support including requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, operations and maintenance. Our staff has provided both functional subject matter experience and technical expertise in the implementation, operations, and maintenance of the Oracle Federal Financials solution for many large Federal agencies.
In addition, we offer proprietary software solutions for system needs related to the financial management systems, including a data and report repository, purchase card management, time-to-task tracking, and fleet, inventory, and property management software packages.
