Annapolis, MD: Starry Associates, Inc. (Starry), a professional consulting and IT services firm, announced today the successful re-compete contract win with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), PSC (Program Support Center), Transportation Services (TS).  The PSC TS IT and Program Management Support Services (PMSS) project is a five (5) year contract, where the win extends an existing partnership with HHS PSC Transportation Services to provide highly skilled support for the HHS travel, transit subsidy, and fleet management programs. This support includes providing expertise in training, service/help desk, business management, cards services, systems support, and data reporting and analytics among all three programs.  

Starry started providing support services to the HHS PSC travel program in 2006.  As the travel program support expanded to include transit subsidy and fleet management, Starry was awarded a new contract in 2011 incorporating the support in these program areas.    

With many great initiatives on the horizon, we are excited and privileged to have the opportunity to continue our close and successful partnership with the HHS PSC Transportation Services division in support of their mission systems and services.
